Guidelines for Requesting a Recommendation Letter

  • For Domestic Master’s Program Applications
    Students must meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • ​Have taken at least one of my courses and received a grade of A− or higher.

    • Have participated in a bachelor’s project under my supervision for at least one semester, and received a project grade of A or higher.

  • For International Master’s or Ph.D. Applications
    Students must meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • ​Have taken at least two of my courses and received grades of A or higher in each.

    • Have participated in a bachelor’s or master’s project under my supervision for at least two semesters, and received a project grade of A+ or higher.
